NEO-CHINA GROUP<00563> - Suspension of Trading

At the request of Neo-China Group (Holdings) Limited, trading in its 
shares and convertible bonds (stock code: 2528) will be suspended with 
effect from 9:30 a.m. today (18/1/2007) pending issue of an announcement 
regarding a proposed acquisition transaction which involves allotment and 
issue of new shares. The said transaction is price sensitive under the 
Listing Rules.
